Hampton Inn Eau Claire

The place is nice, and has free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a warm indoor swimming pool. I remember the staff helped me with an insect bite on my first stay. Coming back for a xmas.

The room (2 queen beds) was small for the price paid and there was NO refrigerator or microwave in the room.

Comfortable bed, clean and enjoyed the breakfast!

Room was a bit small compared to other rooms we saw with the same double queens.

The whole wheat bread rolls were good, perfect for a morning kick-off! Staff checked us in like pros and the location's a winner for local food dives. Plus, the hot tub was just perfect!

Breakfast was a bit of a letdown-those eggs with American cheese? Not cool! A lil' shredded cheese action would've saved the morning vibe.

Request the breakfast items to be replenished earlier if running low, as many guests may be dining close to the end of serving hours.

I liked the pricing for the room I got. The great hospitality.

The hotel was great. The bed was amazing. We didn't get up early enough for breakfast but that was our own fault because it went until 11:00. The wedding was across the street but we chose this hotel because it was cheaper. We found out later that our room was in better shape than the honeymoon suite for the bride and groom.

The clock in our room was set and hour behind so we missed breakfast and almost were late for checkout.

I enjoyed the warm atmosphere and excellent accessibility features, including a lovely walk-in shower and comfortable seating in public areas. The staff were attentive, good.

Improve soundproofing for quieter relaxation.

Very clean, comfortable bed. Pool clean. Very friendly staff on check-in. Enjoyed the 24hr coffee/tea station.

I stayed for one night in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The staff was quick and helpful during check-in and check-out, making the process smooth. However, the bathtub had issues, and the breakfast could improve with better options than the eggs served. It's a good spot for a short stay, especially for families as the room was clean and well-appointed.

Duvet covers are washed for each new guest stay. The property is nice, not fancy. Offers a hot breakfast for free which is nice. If you're staying in Eau Claire it's a good value.

The fan comes on whenever you turn on the bathroom light, and cannot be shut off. It's quite loud if you want to just do your makeup or whatever in the bathroom. Otherwise the room is fine.

We explored the miles of biking trails at the Chippewa River State Trail and enjoyed the comfy rooms. The staff was helpful, and the location was great for grabbing food nearby. Just a heads-up, breakfast was a bit limited, so plan accordingly!
